Simple Food Processor Pastry

Ingredients:

  • 125g Butter (cold and cut into chunks).
  • 1 Cup Plain Flour
  • ½ Cup Icing Sugar

Method:

  1. In a food processor, place the flour, icing sugar, and the butter. Process until it binds together.
  2. Remove from processor. Knead it a little on the bench.
  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
