Paddy's Pudding Facebook Twitter Email Link Share URL Copy URL INGREDIENTS: 1½ milk (chilled) 1 tsp “crème de menthe” or green food colouring 1 packet vanilla instant pudding Irish Baileys Cream 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 package (18 ounces) chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely crushed METHOD: Pour milk into large bowl. Stir in crème de menthe of food colour. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Gently stir in whipped topping. Add Irish cream to taste Layer crushed cookies and pudding mixture in 3‐quart bowl, beginning and ending with crushed cookies. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish as desired with shamrock candies.
