Shortbread

Ingredients

  • 250 g softened butter
  • 1 cup of icing sugar
  • 1 cup of cornflour
  • 2 cups of plain flour

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy 
  2. Sift corn and plain flour
  3.  Mix well and roll onto a board 
  4. Cut into shapes and bake at 130 C for 30 minutes or until cooked.
