Fish & Chips
- 3 pieces of fresh fish
- Half cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- Quarter cup of soda water
- 3 large potatoes
- Cut the potatoes into chips and fry for 4-5 minutes in oil on each side or until well cooked.
- Combine all ingredients until it’s thick and runny.
- Place fish into the batter and it is well covered.
- Then fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides in oil.
