Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 125 g softened butter
  • Half cup of sugar
  • Teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups of plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

Method:

  1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy 
  2. Add egg and mix well 
  3. Add dry ingredients 
  4. Roll into balls and flatten on a tray with a fork 
  5. Bake for 15-20minutes on 180 C
