Bacon & Egg Pie
- 2 large pastry sheets
- 8 eggs
- 6 – 10 pieces of bacon
- Tablespoon mixed herbs
- Small onion
- Cover a greased pie dish with pastry.
- Cut up bacon into small pieces and place in the pie dish.
- Add eggs and other ingredients.
- Cover with pastry.
- Bake at 180C for 30minutes or until golden.
