- Cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- Half cup of milk
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Mixture should be slightly thick.
- Put a little butter in a frying pan.
- Cook pancakes using a tablespoon for measuring mixture.
- Cook both sides for a few minutes at a time.
- Serve with golden syrup and butter.
