Mince on Toast
- 500g Mince
- Tomato puree
- Tablespoon of mixed herbs
- 1 onion
- Garlic clove
- 4 pieces of bread
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Cook garlic, tomato and onion until soft.
- Add the mince and cook for a few minutes.
- Add herbs and puree and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Toast the bread. Serve mince on the toast.
