Kai Ora – Nutritional tips and recipes

- 6 eggs
- almond milk
- cooked vegetables (can be leftovers)
- handfuls of kumara
- silver beet
- sprinkle of cheese.
Put all the vegetables and cheese in your dish, whisk your eggs and salt and pepper seasoning. Bake at 220 degrees for 10 mins then turn it down to a lower temp for 20 mins or until set.
