Kai Ora – Recipe

Banana Oat Energy Balls
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut,
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ½ cup dried apricots
- 2 tblsps honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 banana
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and place on baking tray. Bake for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees
