Kai Ora – Nutritional tips and recipes

Parehe kūmara (Kūmara pizza)

  • Spread slices of pre-roasted kumara on a tray
  • layer the cheese
  • ham or salami
  • and tomato.

Then cook at 180c for 10-15 minutes.

Mini Savoury Egg Snacks

  • In a muffin tray, lay a slice of ham
  • then add the spinach,
  • cheese
  • and fresh herbs,

Cook at 180c for 10 mins, until the egg has just set. Store in fridge for 3-4 days max.
