Bio: Nathan Martin is the Les Mills Personal Training Manager in Lower Hutt, and runs the community health and fitness group Change Fitness.
He is the Change Fitness Director, Personal Trainer, Endurance Coach, Run Instructor, Mentor, Inspirational Speaker and founder of The Martin Charitable Trust and also the NZ Fitness Award Winner 2014
