The Waka Ama World Sprint Championships have come to end. The host nation were the most dominant on the course, with the NZ team the next best, finishing in 2nd place.

The Va'a World Sprint Championships are almost underway in Tahiti. Te Kāea went to one accommodation that is housing competitors from six countries, including New Zealand. Despite being a little busy, it's nothing new for our paddlers as it's similar to a marae.
