Pūwhakamua is a cultural emerging 12-month program by former drug lord and inmate turned mentor Wiremu Billy Macfarlane he says the program which is largely self-funded is needed despite the lack the funds.

Driving progamme helps offenders in the BOP
The NZ Howard League for Penal Reform will now offer their driving programme for the next three years for offenders and ex-prisoners in the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
