Ngāti Toa reached a major milestone today with the signing of a partnership agreement with the Crown to improve the quality of State housing in western Porirua. This will see Ngāti Toa's new community housing provider, Te Āhuru Mōwai, manage properties and tenancies for over 900 State homes in the area for the next 25 years.
