Te Ori began his television presenting career on Marae DIY, and is one of only 2 original team members left, the other being David Clayton-Greene. Te Ori has also presented the Māori Television game show Kupuhuna. Te Ori was home schooled in te reo and has been involved in performing arts since he was five. When Te Ori is not making television he enjoys the lifestyle of the Taupo region with his family.

Ria Hall –Ngati Te Rangi, Ngati Ranginui.

Fluent in te reo, singer and songwriter Ria Hall was born in Tauranga and spent time in Auckland and Australia before settling in Wellington and becoming immersed in that city's music scene. She comes from a background in kapa haka, fronted reggae band Hope Road, was a backing vocalist in Hollie Smith's live band and at Trinity Roots' reunion concerts. She also sang the Rugby World Cup anthem 'World in Motion' at the 2011 opening ceremony.  While Ria has made lots of television appearances in her time, this is her debut as a presenter.  She is a welcome new addition to the DIY family.

David Clayton-Greene – Resident Landscaper – Ngati Pakeha. 

David Clayton-Greene is one of the original presenters, along with Te Ori Paki, of the Marae DIY series.  David has worked hard over the past ten years, giving his all to the kaupapa.  He is passionate about the show and describes his involvement with Marae DIY and its purpose as a major journey of discovery for him as a Pakeha.  When DCG is not onscreen landscaping for AIA Marae DIY he is running his own landscaping business.

Harry Anneff – Resident Builder – Ngati Ruanui.

Harry Anneff has firmly established himself as the builder on AIA Marae DIY.  Entering his 4th year, Harry brings his laid back style and commitment to the kaupapa.  Never one to leave the hau kainga wanting, Harry is determined to build as much as he can in the 4 days of the shoot.  Harry brings 20 years building experience and has recently qualified as a teacher.
