The Whanau Ora review has found its commissioning approach meets accountability standards and is transparent. Today, Te Puni Kōkiri released the report as well as recommendations from the independent Whānau Ora Review Panel.

Hailing from Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Kahungnu, Niue and Rarotonga Moana first joined the Te Kāea team in 2011 after graduating from Te Wharekura o Hoani Waititi Marae.
She first joined our operations team whilst studying at the University of Auckland but developed her media skills and experience working for Māori media production companies.
She returned to Te Kāea as a sports reporter and presenter in 2016.
Moana’s portfolio includes coverage of the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, the 2017 General Elections and the 2017 Rugby League World Cup.
Her interests include politics but she is equally passionate about preserving Māori and Pacific language and culture.
