Pork and Chop Suey With Pawpaw

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pork chop
  • 1 piece crushed garlic
  • 1 cooking oil 1 piece red onion (sliced)
  • 1 piece carrot (grated)
  • 1 alfalfa sprout
  • 1 piece crushed garlic
  • 1 cooking oil
  • 1 seasoning
  • 1 bean thread noodles
  • 1 soya sauce
  • 1 honey
  • 1 chicken stock 1 corn flower 1 fresh pawpaw (sliced)
  • 1 parsley (chopped)

METHOD:

  1. Soak the bean thread noodles in hot water to soften ready for cooking.
  2. Clean and prepare the cutlet for frying. Season with salt & pepper
  3. In a preheated pan, fry with some of the garlic until golden brown or until cooked right through. Once cooked keep warm on a clean plate to one side
  4. Reheat the same pan until quite hot then add more oil
  5. Quickly put in the garlic and vegetables and toss together and remove to a clean plate and keep to one side
  6. Using the same pan heat it up again, add bit more oil then add the bean thread noodles and cook through until all is cooked through quite thoroughly
  7. Add the soy sauce, honey and chicken stock to the noodles and heat thoroughly adjusting the consistency so that the noodles and vegetables get properly glazed when mixed later on, Add the vegetables to the noodles and toss together,
  8. Add the sprouts and chopped parsley next
