Paella De Pollo

MEA WHAKAURU
1 cup of rice
500kg chicken
1 tablespoon Paparika
Pinch of Saffron
2 cups of chicken stock
1 onion
1 capsicum
Method
Fry onion until soft in a large frying pan. Add chicken and rice. Cook for a few minutes. Add stock and spices, vegetables. Simmer for 45 minutes or until cooked.
