Chocolate Crunch

Chocolate crunch inside a jar, cellophane bag and tube, presented on a bench

Ingrediants: (Mea whakauru)

  • 1 and a half cups of flour
  • 4 weetbix
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa
  • Half cup of sugar
  • 200g butter
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut

Method:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.  
  2. Add Vanilla.  
  3. Add everything else.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Press in a greased slice tin.
  6. Bake at 180C for 20-25minutes.  
  7. Ice with chocolate icing and dust lightly with coconut.
