Chocolate Biscuits

Mea Whakauru
- 125 g softened butter
- Half cup of sugar
- Teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 cups of plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
Method:
- Cream butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy
- Add egg and mix well
- Add dry ingredients
- Roll into balls and flatten on a tray with a fork
- Bake for 15-20minutes on 180 C
