Bacon & Egg Pie

Bacon & Egg pie presented on a wooden board


  • 2 large pastry sheets
  • 8 eggs
  • 6 – 10 pieces of bacon
  • Tablespoon mixed herbs
  • Small onion
  • Chives


  1. Cover a greased pie dish with pastry. 
  2. Cut up bacon into small pieces and place in the pie dish. 
  3. Add eggs and other ingredients. 
  4. Cover with pastry. 
  5. Bake at 180C for 30minutes or until golden.
