Mince on Toast

Mea Whakauru

  • 500g Mince
  • Tomato
  • Tomato puree
  • Tablespoon of mixed herbs
  • 1 onion
  • Garlic clove
  • 4 pieces of bread
  • Oil


  1. Heat oil in a saucepan. 
  2. Cook garlic, tomato and onion until soft. 
  3. Add the mince and cook for a few minutes. 
  4. Add herbs and puree and simmer for 25 minutes. 
  5. Toast the bread. Serve mince on the toast.
