Chia Pudding

Ingredients:
  • Chia seeds
  • LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond)
  • coconut, dried cranberries
  • coconut water
  • coconut milk.
Recipe or key nutritional tips:
 
  • Soak chia seeds in the coconut water and milk overnight 
  • add your choice of other ingredients
  • serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
