LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond)

coconut, dried cranberries

coconut water

coconut milk.
Recipe or key nutritional tips:
- Soak chia seeds in the coconut water and milk overnight
- add your choice of other ingredients
- serve with fresh fruit and yoghurt.
