Lemon Chilli Mussels
- ½ a lemon of zest
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 small read chilli
- fresh parsley
- ½ a cup of dry white wine
- olive oil
- Fry off the garlic, chilli and parsely in the olive oil for 1 minute
- add wine and bring to boil
- add mussels and lemon zest
- then cook for 3-5 minutes or until shells are open.
