Mums Cobb Loaf

  • 1 large Cobb loaf
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 250g pot Cream cheese
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 6 x scallops
  • 6 x raw prawns
  • Pikopiko
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley


  1. Preheat oven 180®C.
  2. Cut the inside out of the loaf leaving a good sized lid.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Pour ingredients into loaf.
  5. Bake both the loaf and the left over pieces of bread for approx. 30-35 minutes or until mixture is hot and bread is golden
