- Soy Sauce/tamari
- Olive oil
- Chilli powder
- Garlic powder. Herbs
- Place kale in a bowl.
- Sprinkle herbs oil and sauces on the kale.
- Mix well.
- Place in an oven and bake for fan bake for 20minutes on 120 C or until its dried out.
