MEA WHAKAURU

  • 2 ripe avocadoes
  • Teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 200-300ml Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoon melted Coconut oil
  • Tablespoon of Almond Butter
  • Raw Cacao powder

Cashew Cream

  • 1 Cup Soaked Cashews
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch of seasalt
  • 1 Teaspoon/tablespoon agave (try tablespoon first)

METHOD

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and mix until thick and well combined.

  • Nori Sheet

SAUCE

  • 2 cups sprouted sunflowers/cashews
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon ACV
  • 1 desertspoon honey
  • 1 knob ginger
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • Teaspoon chilli powder

Roll and top with… 

Kale Chips

MEA WHAKAURU

  • Kale
  • Soy Sauce/tamari
  • Olive oil
  • Chilli powder
  • Garlic powder. Herbs

METHOD

  1. Place kale in a bowl. 
  2. Sprinkle herbs oil and sauces on the kale. 
  3. Mix well.
  4. Place in an oven and bake for fan bake for 20minutes on 120 C or until its dried out.
