Gluten Free Piko Piko Soda Bread

Ingredients:

  • Pikopiko
  • gluten free flower
  • soda water
  • butter

Method:

  • Slice up pikopiko
  • simmer for 3-4 mins.
  • Put 1 cup of soda water into a low bowl,
  • mix in 1 cup of gluten free flower to make a wet dough.
  • Butter your dish,
  • add piko piko,
  • then steam for 1 hour.
