Here in Turkey I have found out that lives of the people are really different compared to New Zealand because it is a lot more crowded, their steering wheels are on the left side of the car, they drive on the other side of the road and their buildings are built different shapes and sizes which means I am a long way from home.

A highlight for me has been visiting the homes of the people because we get to experience new foods and make new friends however the biggest highlight has been entering Saphire, going up the very swift lift and seeing a 5D movie. What an experience to see Turkey from the air in five minutes. What an experience to be in the highest building in Turkey.

We now continue our journey and we will be visiting the Trojan horse. Every day brings us closer to Gallipoli and the ANZAC service. I am feeling a little nervous because I do not know what emotions I will be going through.
