The NZ Rowing U23 Mens team is prepared and looking forward to taking the top position again in Switzerland.

Today, they held their last training session at Lake Karāpiro before flying out tomorrow.

Caleb Shepherd (Ngāti Porou) says, "I'm feeling pretty good, the boat is going well compared to where we were last year."

The team is touted to take out the competition, a reputation well-earned.

They begin competing in Switzerland on July 11.
