Mystics still on the hunt for first ANZ win

The win-less Mystics held a fan day today in Auckland, to thank fans for their constant support, despite the lows the team has faced.

Going into Round 5 of the competition, it's going to be difficult for the Auckland-based side to get their first win, as they play the Adelaide Thunderbirds who have won this competition twice before.

With one draw and three losses, the side sits at second from the bottom of the competition table.

11 changes were made in their recent loss against the Tactix, which does not help the consistency of the side.

Captain Maria Tutaia disagrees, saying, "It's just sport. If you get called to go on the court that's your job. You have to make sure you come on and make an impact. Those changes had to be made and we support Deb (Coach Debbie Fuller) making those changes."

It will be a battle between two win-less teams as the Thunderbirds have lost all four of their games of the season. One team will get their first win when they take the court in Auckland next Monday.
