Hayden Triggs is one of the most experienced members of the Māori All Blacks and first played for the team in 2007.
Before departing to play club rugby in Japan for Honda in Sizuka he took to the field again for the Māori ABs in 2010.
Now after a four year absence he has returned to play for the team.
Te Kāea reporter Rewa Harriman is following the Māori All Blacks on their journey and spoke to Hayden Triggs before their first test against Japan.
In this online special he talks to Rewa about his time playing club rugby and how he will use his knowledge of Japanese Rugby in the two tests. He also outlines what it’s like being the ‘koro’ of the squad.
