The All Blacks arrived home to an ecstatic welcome at Auckland's International Airport early this morning.
A group of 30 Air New Zealand ground staff also performed a haka on the tarmac to welcome home the World Champions. Before hundreds of fans gathered inside the terminal to welcome the team and the William Webb Ellis cup back.
Fans inside the terminal said, "This morning, we yelled out to Sonny Bill and Richie McCaw, but they couldn't see us. All good though, we got a lot of photos. Richie for Prime Minister!"
Players spent half an hour with the multitudes signing autographs and talking photos before making their way to their hotel then to the All Blacks' Parade.
