Final touches were made on models backstage at the Miromoda Fashion show today.
Adrienne Whitewood may be a pro at this, showing for the fourth time this year, but she says it doesn't get easier.
From an experienced designer to two newcomers to Miromoda, Tasmyn Roach is a 20-year-old fashion student from Ōtorohanga ready to take on the fashion world.
Tasmyn uses effects such as large-arm knits to evolve her ideas.
Sharmaine Moke is another new designer to Miromoda to debut her collection, "Concrete Jungle".
Her pieces incorporate a colour palette of grey, white, black and green, which represent urban infrastructure and the land.
Maree MacLean is showing two labels at Fashion Week this year. The first is her luxury shoe brand, Maree MacLean, and the second is The Noble Savage, a made-to-order clothing brand.
She is living in Copenhagen with her partner, but made sure to come home to be involved with Miromoda.
With the amount of work seen at Miromoda today, there's no doubt the show will be around for years to come.
