Owen Pomana knows what it's like to be homeless, and wants to create a culture of love and generosity for the needy. He is giving out Gift Packs to Auckland's city's homeless over the next two days, to help them through the extra chilly weather conditions of late.
With the help of North Shore's City Glory Church. Pomana has been nominated to give out 40 gift packs to the homeless. The packs include personal items and food.
Pomana says, "If people can see what charity looks like, you know just to be compassionate, come out and say hello to someone, give them a word of encouragement, it's a big thing."
