It's been described as the biggest search in the history of mankind.

On the 8th of March Malaysian Airlines Flight 3-70 disappeared on route to Beijing with 239 souls on board.

For the last 8 weeks, searchers from 26 nations have combed the southern Indian Ocean looking for any sign of the ill-fated aircraft.

Among them was Ngāti Raukawa and Tūwharetoa airman Sean Rogers. He joins Mihingarangi Forbes in studio.
