Joining Mihingarangi Forbes in studio are Labour representative and incumbent MP Nanaia Mahuta, Angeline Greensill of the MANA Movement and Susan Cullen of the Māori Party.

Before revealing the second set of Māori Television Reid Research poll results, Mihingarangi Forbes took us to the heart of Kīngitanga to Ngāruawāhia to talk politics.

In the second set of poll results we asked voters, have iwi settlements made a difference to you and your whānau?

36% of respondents say 'Yes', settlements have made a difference for them and their whānau, while 59% say 'No' they haven't, while 5% of respondents don’t know.
