Native Affairs Final 2014 - Part 2

By Native Affairs

'The Dead Lands', 'The Dark Horse', 'What We Do In The Shadows' - all the 'D's but not a dud amongst them and they all get a Native 5 stars from us.

Native Affairs are thrilled to have some famous faces from the big screen in the studio this evening but first Native Affairs take a look at a short clip of 'Deadlands' which launched across the country two weeks ago.

Another fantastic film out this year was 'The Dark Horse' written and directed by North Shore boy James Napier Robertson.

The Dark Horse has received rave reviews from every Kiwi film critic, based around the Eastern Knights Chess Club and the founder of that club Knoble Keelan and his screen double Kirk Torrence joined Mihingarangi Forbes in the studio.

Native Affairs have some talent tonight. Next up Taika Waititi and Jemaine Clement's latest offering, 'What We Do In The Shadows'.

It's a horror comedy mockumentary.

Cori Gonzalez-Macuer, who plays vampire Nick also joined Mihingarangi Forbes in the studio along with Native reporter Ruwani Perera.
