Māori Television welcomes BSA Rulings

The Broadcasting Standards Authority (BSA) complaints on two Native Affairs stories which aired last year have not been upheld.

The investigative report titled "A Question of Trust", examined concerns from Kōhanga Reo family members about the personal loans made to Board and Trust staff.

The BSA decisions confirm that Native Affairs followed a fair, robust and thorough process in this investigation.

The other story in question was "Bones of Contention", which dealt with the discovery of ancient human remains at the development site of the Masonic Tavern on Auckland's Devonport.

The ruling said that the story did not breach BSA standards.
