Taupō displayed some of their best weather this week. These Maori golfers also displayed some of the best golf at this weeks NZ Maori tournament.

Golfers from the age of 9 to over 80 year old golfers were on the green today, some were here to support the kaupapa, while others were here for business.

Teina Hotene lives in Sydney and won the Australian Maori golf title just last week. This week he came home to compete in the NZ Maori competition.

In the Womens section, some of New Zealand's best golfers were seen in this group of 4. 2010, 2012 and 2013 women's winner Kate Chadwick was back to hopefully win this year. She was up against 19 year old Te Rongpai Clay, who also won this section in 2011 at just 14 years of age.

We'll know who wins all open titles when the finals are held tomorrow.
