She asks the candidates what policies they have to win the right to represent their people?

Also in the final set of Te Tai Tonga poll results, Native Affairs highlights the leading candidate and the leading party.

Native Affairs asked Te Tai Tonga voters which party they would give their party vote to?

43% would vote Labour

17% would vote National

10% would vote for the Green Party

16% would vote for the Māori Party

NZ First received 8% and Internet-MANA Party has 6% of the potential party vote.

Native Affairs also asked which of the candidates who are standing would you vote for?

Ngaire Button received 17%

Dora Langsbury came out with 9%

Rino Tirikatene with a comfortable lead on 48%

Georgina Beyer received 9%.
