Ecstatic All Black fans from Auckland and surrounding cities gathered en masse at Victoria Park to celebrate our rugby heroes and their extraordinary 2015 Rugby World Cup campaign.
Starting from their hotel, the All Blacks made their way to Victoria Park with hundreds of screaming fans lining Hobson Street.
As the team arrived to Victoria Park, they were received by mana whenua representatives who officially welcomed them onto the park, the All Blacks then made their way down "the tunnel" to the main stage.
As the team settled on the stage, a fierce haka took flight from three Auckland schools, Auckland Boys Grammar, Auckland Girls Grammar & Mt Albert Boys Grammar.
Speeches from both the captain and coach, thanking the New Zealand public for their continuous support, and a performance from Sol3 Mio had the crowd captivated.
Topped off with a special cake presentation from young Kuratiwaka Ngarimu to his favourite AB, Nehe Milner-Skudder made the heart-warming event complete.
Here's a few photos from this special event.
