- 1 cup of oats
- 1 grated apple,
- 1/3 cup of the following...
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- raisins or sultanas
- and chia seeds.
Soak overnight with 1 ½ cups of water and milk, (make sure the mixture is covered in liquid), add 1 table spoon of honey or maple syrup and a little cinnamon, refrigerate, will last up to 5 days.
