Healthy Breakfast:

  • Use whole grain bread,
  • use avocado instead of butter (did you know you can swap butter for avocado in baked goods too?)
  • and a couple of eggs fried in a non-stick pan
  • Tip - Check your portion sizes, one slice of bread not two, minimise your carbs if you’re trying to lose weight.
