What's in season this winter?

Eating seasonally benefits your body and your wallet! Fruit and vegetables bought in season are more likely to be fresher, higher in nutritional value and tastier… think of that crunchy apple in winter, or the juicy pineapple in summer.  Seasonal produce grown in NZ also means you’re not paying for unnecessary import and travel fees.
